Awe winter has come to Maryland and I am NOT ready. I know part of the US is already under snow, but this girl wishes for the beaches. With the holidays right around the corner I know eating unhealthy is very easy to do. This week I talked about clean eating and I share my 10 easy tips and some might even help you during the holidays!
