Getting Organized with Meal Planning
If you have followed my clean eating series you already know what meal planning is, you know that meal planning saved my sanity and now you can use this free printable to help you get more organized with your meals. One of the reasons it is nice to write down your meal plan on paper is you can save the plans and put them into a binder. After several weeks of planning you will have many different meal plans to chose from and rotate as well. Meal planning not only saves you time, but also keeps you from getting into the rut of eating the same foods all the time.
Meal planning does not have to be something you over complicate, but when you take the time to plan it has a domino effect for your family from saving sanity, time, money, and creating lasting health for your family as well.
