Easy Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 bell pepper any color diced
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp cumin
- 1.5 Tbsp chili powder
- 15 oz can of organic diced tomatoes
Simply combine the ingredients within your slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4 hours if chicken is thawed, otherwise 4 hours on high if chicken is frozen. Adjust time and cook setting depending on your schedule.
