It’s been on my heart to start themed months here at Inspired Housewife and it felt like the perfect time to share about Manifesting Abundance in your life not tomorrow, not a week from now, but NOW!
I have always struggled with depression and I recently realized that anxiety has been a huge part of my life too.
I did not understand exactly what anxiety can look like in a person’s life, but since the middle of August I have struggled with anxiety to the point it’s taken over some of my days or even weeks.
I have been hard at work with my trauma counselor, as well as, working as hard as I can with my mindset.
All November: Manifest Abundance Now
It’s that time again. November is here and social media will be abuzz with talk of “thankfulness.” “I have so much to be thankful for,” they will say. Or, perhaps, they’ll post pleasant snapshots of Fall décor and announce each source of their gratefulness for 30 days.
It’s a good tradition to have. With plenty to worry us and keep us busy for the other 335 days, it’s important that we train ourselves to recognize what makes all the worrying and busy-ness worth it.
And yet, I so often wonder why we don’t discipline ourselves to live a life of daily gratitude—not just for the “good,” but also for the difficulty and hardship that seems to enter our lives in even greater abundance.
For November, I will be discussing abundance, the many ways it is revealed throughout our lives, and how we can manifest abundance for ourselves now—today and every day.
